Line/Pastry Cook

Reporting to: Rose Bakery Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and a professional server with an interest in seasonal and organic food and drink.  This person needs to understand and demonstrate exemplary customer service and show attention to detail in every respect.  

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Setting the tone by creating a warm and welcoming environment
  • Ensure all preparations for service are adhered to RB standards
  • Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and present our variety of menu options
  • Constantly observing floor to meet our customers’ needs
  • Cooperate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Advise on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answering questions
  • Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
  • Work with other staff as a team




  • Quietly industrious with a discreet professional approach to service
  • Motivated and competent and able to converse at all levels with staff and customers
  • Be able to work on one’s own initiative with attention to detail at all times
  • Commitment and flexible with a ‘can do attitude’
  • Must possess a strong level of self-awareness as well as awareness around themselves
